Principal Connections - executive search has been retained by a prominent regulatory body in its search to appoint for the unique senior leadership post of Executive Director - Complaints & Investigations.
THE POSITION
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Executive Director is a key senior role with executive leadership responsibility for all regulated Complaints & Investigations activities in line with the statutory obligations of all relevant legislation.
The Executive Director will lead a highly talented and committed team and play a key role in modelling and supporting the organisation to build a values-based culture to deliver for all concerned stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
Suitably qualified and interested candidates will come with a legal qualification as a solicitor or barrister licensed to practice within the State. They will be operating at Senior Executive/equivalent level, preferably with healthcare experience in a relevant private or public sector organisation and will bring a particular strategic mindset and deep understanding of a regulatory environment.
Core competencies will include leadership, strategic vision, and change management acumen, coupled with solid problem solving and sound decision making and the ability to contribute at all levels. Candidates must be exceptional communicators with the capacity to engage, inspire, and influence all stakeholders.
